Widespread Panic Announce Panic En La Playa with Circles Around The Sun, Eggy, Sierra Hull and More

Widespread Panic has announced the 13th edition of its beloved all-inclusive destination concert event, Panic En La Playa, which will return to the Hard Rock Hotel in Riviera Maya, Mexico, from January 20-24, 2026. The host band has signed on to perform all four nights, enchanting their staunch fans, while also welcoming a cast of musicians and bands that will fill the afternoon and late-night gaps with jam-fueled entertainment.

On the entertainment docket for Panic En La Playa’s 13th season are an array of talented acts and artists that range from the best and brightest from the bluegrass ether, Sierra Hull, to the disco-funk stylings and psychedelic rock edge of Circles Around the Sun, in addition to fellow participants, Eggy and Karina Rykman. 

The forthcoming edition of Panic En La Playa will continue the tradition of welcoming the Playa Allstars, a select group of musicians who will participate in a specialty curated concert featuring Eric Krasno, Ivan Neville, Jennifer Hartswick, Chali 2na, Tony Hall, Cochemea Gastelum, and Raymond Weber.

Exemplary production, unrivaled acoustics, and a roomy dance floor contribute to the celebratory atmosphere for fans seeking four days of music under the golden sun. Specialty curated food stalls, tequila bars, and crowd-roaming service enhance the event with offerings to make the number one focus music.

Attendees can also participate in daytime activities, such as yoga, artist-hosted poolside games, theme nights, and other community pursuits—more details to come. 

The previous edition of Panic En La Playa featured Trouble No More, Kitchen Dwellers, The Main Squeeze, Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country, DJ Logic, and an all-star band that included George Porter Jr. and repeat participants Krasno, Neville, Hartswick, Hall, Gastelum, and Weber.
