Sombr & Nessa Barrett Announce Spilt Milk Sideshows

Sombr and Nessa Barrett are the first two artists from this year’s Spilt Milk line-up to announce their own headlining shows away from the festival. The former is making his Australian debut, while the latter is returning after touring the country for the first time in late 2023. The full list of sideshows, as well as pre-sale and ticketing information for each artist, can be found below.

The headlining shows for Sombr, a teenage alternative pop singer-songwriter hailing from New York City, come as part of his Late Nights & Young Romance world tour. He released his second EP, Savior, in April 2024. Since then, he has released a further five stand-alone singles – the most recent of which, ‘Undressed’, was released in March. Barrett, meanwhile, is returning as part of her Aftercare world tour – so named after her second studio album, released in November 2024.

Ticket sales for Spilt Milk have been in high demand since its announcement – which features American chart-toppers Kendrick Lamar and Doechii as its marquee acts. Three of the festival’s four dates – Ballarat, Canberra and the Gold Coast – have completely sold out, with only limited tickets remaining for the festival’s Perth date on Sunday, December 7th. A pre-sale for the tour will run from 3pm AEST on Wednesday, May 21st. General sale will then follow on Thursday, May 22nd at 4pm AEST. Both can be accessed via Frontier Touring.
