Travis Kelce expands his sports and lifestyle brand with a collaboration with American Eagle, just after announcing his engagement to Taylor Swift.

Travis Kelce’s clothing brand Tru Kolors is launching a new design collaboration with American Eagle. The announcement comes just a day after the Super Bowl star announced his engagement to Taylor Swift.

The ad campaign for the “AE x TK” partnership sees Kelce starring alongside fellow athletes, all rocking his new gear. Notable sports stars include tennis player Anna Frey, basketball guard Azzi Fudd, quarterback Drew Allar, wide receiver recruit Jeremiah Smith, NBA star Kiyan Anthony (son of Carmelo and LaLa Anthony), and Olympic gymnast Suni Lee.

According to Kelce, he kept the collection a secret for almost a year. “It was an awesome opportunity to team up with an established brand where both sides were excited to truly collaborate on every decision in the design and creative process.”

The clothing line contains 90-plus pieces, from cricket sweaters and rugby polos to cargo pants, priced between $14.95 and $179.95. Each piece was made to “evoke Travis’ unique style, delivering an elevated take on everyday essentials and transforming classic silhouettes into bold statements of confidence and individuality.”

The AE x TK collaboration is slated to receive a full marketing treatment on the heels of Kelce’s engagement to Swift. There are plans for an in-person activation, a podcast partnership with The Ringer, and takeovers on fantasy sports platforms.

Notably, the line is the first from American Eagle since this summer’s ad featuring “Euphoria” star Sydney Sweeney. The “Sydney Sweeney Has Great Jeans” ad was found divisive by some, who took the message as the company praising Sweeney’s assets as desirable compared to others.

American Eagle defended the ad: “We’ll continue to celebrate how everyone wears their AE jeans with confidence, their way. Great jeans look good on everyone.”
