The String Cheese Incident’s Final Concerts of The Year Will Take Place During Hulaween, No Thanksgiving or New Year’s Gigs

The String Cheese Incident have announced a touring update. Breaking from tradition, the band will not participate in holiday runs positioned around Thanksgiving and New Year’s Eve. Instead, the band’s last performance before the end of the year will take place during Halloween, and their previous commitment to Hulaween, where they have signed on to perform six sets over the October 30 to November 2, 2025, schedule. 

Before they arrive at the Florida festival location, String Cheese Incident will participate in already announced live performances beginning tomorrow at the Oregon State Fair in Salem, Ore., before spending the following evening at the Britt Pavilion in Jackson, Ore. Next on the list, Sunday, August 31, will find the band at Cannifest in Eureka, Calif. 

Sparse appearances follow, and include a festival stand at Bender Jamboree in Las Vegas, Sept. 10-13, and early October participation in San Francisco’s Hardly Strictly Bluegrass, October 3-5. Notably, on October 4, they’re scheduled to play at San Francisco’s The Fillmore. The aforementioned dates prelude the group’s Hulaween commitments, their latest performances of this calendar year. 

In the past, String Cheese Incident has put on concerts around the annual November event, taking place in Denver and Hawaii over the holiday weekend. To the same effect, the band is known for its renowned NYE gigs, which often offer a career-spanning lineup of songs, guests, and gags in the tradition of the jam community.
