Leftover Salmon will continue its Thanksgiving tradition of bringing songs and special guests to the Boulder Theater in Boulder, Colo., this fall. Previously, the jamgrass unit, which celebrates its triumphant 35th anniversary this year, announced plans to perform on Friday, November 28, and Saturday, November 29, with select assistance and openers. Now, as the event edges closer, more talent has been added to the bill.

The expanded lineup now includes newly added support from Ronnie and Rob McCoury, who join the list of already announced participants, husband and wife bluegrass fiddlers, Jason Carter and Bronwyn Keith-Hynes. Also included are opening acts. On November 28, Silas Herman & The Tone Unit will perform, followed by the Eli Emmitt Band on November 29, sons of Vince Herman and Drew Emmitt, respectively.

In a video outlining the concert program’s expansion, Vince Herman begins, “You know, folks, we are traveling all the time. But coming home, now that’s something special. Thanksgiving weekend, November 28 and 29.” The clip, which can be viewed below, turns to the McCoury brothers, who extend the invitation, “Help us come celebrate, Leftover Salmon’s 35 years in the music business.”

Tickets for Friday, November 28, and Saturday, November 29, are now on sale.
