Primavera Sound Barcelona Unveils 2026 Lineup: The Cure, My Bloody Valentine, Massive Attack, The xx and More

Over eight months out from its annual return, Primavera Sound Barcelona jumped the gun today with the full artist lineup for its 2026 return. Returning to Barcelona’s Parc del Fòrum from June 3-7, the 24th annual festival features a carefully curated cast of 150 acts, led by The Cure, Doja Cat, The xx, Gorillaz, Massive Attack, Addison Rae and My Bloody Valentine. As always, the full program is loaded with outstanding artists spanning a vast field of styles and sounds.

Primavera Sound’s 2026 lineup returns to the festival’s roots. After this year’s bill centered on headline sets from Charli XCX, Chappell Roan and Sabrina Carpenter, the pop pantheon’s current undisputed champions, next year will focus on an intergenerational mix of rock’s foremost innovators. The Cure’s performance will be their first since a one-off in November 2024 supporting the release of Songs of a Lost World, the iconic goth-rock and post-punk outfit’s first studio album in 16 years. My Bloody Valentine will appear after a few dates this fall and next spring, representing their first since December 2018 and heightening anticipation for a new studio effort Kevin Shields forecasted in 2021. The xx are also at work on a long-awaited follow-up to 2017’s I See You.

Beyond the top billings, some of the biggest names committed to Primavera Sound include Mac DeMarco, Big Thief, Blood Orange, Alex G, Wet Leg, Dijon, Father John Misty, Ethel Cain and Little Simz, all following phenomenal 2025 albums. Other standouts in the undercard include Slowdive, Rilo Kiley, Panda Bear, Geese (plus a solo set from Cameron Winter), caroline, Pinkpantheress, Water From Your Eyes, Peggy Gou, Men I Trust, Kneecap, Einstürzende Neubauten, Viagra Boys, Yard Act, Oklou, Ecco2k, Lucrecia Dalt, JADE, Knocked Loose, Beverly Glenn-Copeland and Elizabeth Copeland, Melt-Banana, Ravyn Lenae, Anna von Hausswolff, mark william lewis, Overmono, Lambrini Girls, Amaarae, Ben UFO, A Guy Called Gerald, fakemink, Anthony Naples, BAMBII, Matmos, Call Super, Femtanyl, Roza Terenzi and many, many more.
