Steve Earle has announced the 2025 return of his John Henry’s Friends Benefit Concert, staging at Port Chester, N.Y.’s Capitol Theatre on Dec. 12. For the 11th annual presentation of his celebrated charitable endeavor, the country-rock icon has collected a top-tier supporting lineup, including Brandi Carlile’s debut for the tradition. All proceeds from the benefit will go to support the Keswell School, a holistic educational program for children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Beyond Earle and Carlile, the 11th annual John Henry’s Friends concert will feature performances from vaunted solo singer-songwriter Margaret Glaspy and the storied Americana duo of Larry Campbell and Teresa Williams, all of whom will return after participating in last year’s event. The concert will follow a guitar pull format, with all the instrumentalists cycling on the instrument for an intimate, intentional program. Past John Henry’s Friends performers include Bruce Springsteen, John Mellencamp, David Byrne, Rosanne Cash, Graham Nash, Lucinda Williams, Emmylou Harris, Jackson Browne and more.

Presale tickets for the 11th annual John Henry’s Friends concert are available now, with code SONGS4KESWELL. General on-sale will begin this Friday, Oct. 4, at 10 a.m. ET.
