Details emerge of the strict conditions that Diddy will face after his 50-month sentence in prison on two interstate prostitution convictions.

Hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs was sentenced to 50 months in prison on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution following a highly publicized federal trial. Now, details emerge about the strict conditions Combs will face after his release.

According to court documents filed on Wednesday, October 15, Combs will be under supervised release for five years and will be required to attend regular meetings with his probation officer. He must refrain from drug use, with a drug test taken within 15 days after his release and two periodic tests afterward.

Additionally, Combs must participate in an outpatient program that includes testing, an outpatient mental health treatment program, and an approved program for domestic violence, the filing reveals. His probation officer will be allowed to drop in unannounced at any point, and Combs must live at a location approved by the probation department.

If there should be a “reasonable suspicion” that Combs has violated a condition of his release, he must submit to a search of himself and his property, residence, vehicle, documents, computers, and cellphones. Combs also cannot own, possess, or receive access to a firearm, ammunition, a “destructive device,” or any dangerous weapon.

Finally, the Bad Boy Records founder will be required to work at least 30 hours a week and is forbidden to have contact with anyone knowingly involved in criminal activity.

Combs was found guilty on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, in violation of the Mann Act. He was acquitted on the decidedly more serious charges of two counts of sex trafficking and a count of racketeering conspiracy. Combs pleaded not guilty to all charges.

He has already served more than a year behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn and was sentenced on October 3 by U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian to over four years in prison. Combs has asked to serve out his sentence at Federal Correction Institution Fort Dix, a low-security federal prison in New Jersey. However, his request must be approved by the Bureau of Prisons.
