LISTEN: Coheed and Cambria’s Gorgeously Expansive New Track ‘Rise, Naianasha (Cut The Cord)’

An unbelievable band continue to be unbelievable.

Coheed and Cambria have followed up their smashing single ‘Shoulders’ with yet another expansive epic. 

It’s called ‘Rise, Naianasha (Cut The Cord)’ and finds the band at their storytelling and sentimental best, with heartfelt lyrical turns and plenty of rousing melodies. It expands on where they have been in the past, musically and dramatically, whilst also opening up so many new and exciting paths for the future.

Vocalist Claudio Sanchez had this to say about it:

“Rise, Nainasha’ explores the reach of love and loyalty and the reality that sometimes you need to be more than a shoulder to lean on – you need to become the destroyer.”
