Goose Cover Nina Simone to Assist Secretly Canadian’s Effort to End Homelessness

Today, Goose have shared their cover of Nina Simone’s “Sinnerman” through Secretly Canadian’s ongoing year-long campaign to support the humanitarian efforts of New Hope For Families. To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the label they’ve been releasing 25 new singles, 12 album reissues and more all to help homeless families in the label’s founder’s hometown of Bloomington, Ind.

Goose’s contribution comes with the occasion of Giving Tuesday which is touted as a “global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world.” Their cover of “Sinnerman” invites listeners to donate as they enjoy the track’s seven rousing minutes. The track is available exclusively on Bandcamp before its wide release on Dec. 3.
