The 2023 Billboard Music Awards Presented by Marriott Bonvoy were given a makeover, taking place in custom venues across the globe, and Lexus gave one lucky fan the best seat in the house to her favorite performer.

Billboard Music Awards were reimagined to give fans access to exclusive performances. I have the best seat in the house. My name is Karen. I’m a mother, a Los Angeles native and a music super fan. I’m Mexican and Cuban. So music for me is a way to connect to my culture. And it’s even more special when an event like the Billboard Music Awards brings out huge artists to perform. Live music in Los Angeles is huge. There’s performances almost every night. Balancing work and motherhood can be hard sometimes. So having an adult like this is very important to me. And thanks to Lexus I was able to experience the best seat at the BBMAs.
