This is the Hot 100 top 10 for the week dated December 9. Kicking off the Christmas takeover is “It’s The Most Wonderful Time of the Year.” “Snooze” falls from 5 to 9.

From 3 to 8 is “Paint the Town Red.” Keeping it summer during the holidays is Taylor Swift. We go back to Christmas with “Holly Jolly” at No. 6 and, Wham! It’s “Last Christmas” at No. 5. Last week’s No. 1 from Jack Harlow falls to No. 4. “Jingle Bell Rock” returns to it’s No. 3 peak. At No. 2 is Mariah Carey’s Christmas classic “All I Want for Christmas Is You” and, for the first time at No. 1, Brenda Lee’s “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree.”
