On January 7, 2025, the Eaton Fire caused widespread devastation in Altadena, Calif., leveling homes, businesses, and a way of life for inhabitants of the Los Angeles County community. A year to the date after the blaze’s catastrophic effect, A Concert for Altadena is slated to raise critical funds to rebuild and resuscitate the locale. The event will include music from Dawes & Friends at the Pasadena Civic Center in Pasadena, Calif.

The artist lineup is comprised of brothers Taylor and Griffin Goldsmith, accompanied by a staggering list of talent, including Stephen Stills, Jackson Browne, Brad Paisley, Eric Krasno, Aloe Blacc, Judith Hill, Brandon Flowers of The Killers, Jenny Lewis, and Mandy Moore (Taylor Goldsmith’s wife), as well as special performances from Everclear and Ozomatli.

The Eaton Fires affect Taylor and Griffin Goldsmith personally. Taylor lost his Altadena recording studio, taking with it much of the band’s equipment. Griffin and his significant other lost their home, just two weeks after welcoming their first child.

Previously, the pair took part in the FireAid benefit concert and lent their talents during the 2025 Grammys, where they performed their powerful tribute to home, “I Love LA.” Listen below.
