Coachella Combats Sluggish Demand With Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber, and Karol G Headliners

The Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival has announced a star-studded lineup for 2026—including Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber, and Karol G.

Sabrina Carpenter headlines on Friday, marking her debut in the top slot after a standout performance in 2024. Carpenter rose to mainstream attention through hit singles such as “Espresso” and is expected to bring her energetic stage show to the desert next year.

Justin Bieber will headline Saturday, also making his first appearance as a headliner for the massive festival. Bieber’s track record of chart-topping hits and his postponed world tour gives fans excited to see him live a brand new chance next year.

Meanwhile, Karol G will lead Sunday’s lineup, becoming the first Latina artist to headline the music festival. The singer’s ascent through the global charts is evident after her recent success in both urban and pop genres.

This year’s festival supporting acts include The xx, The Strokes, Young Thug, BIGBANG, and many more artists from a wide range of genres. Organizers are also introducing group camping for parties of ten or more, enabling fans to create their own communal experience on-site while enjoying the festival. In addition, Ready-Set and La Campana tent camping options are returning.

Passes go on sale on Friday, September 19 at 11 am PST. Prior attendees and past purchasers from 2024 and 2025 will get early access to purchase their tickets on September 18 at 11 am PST. YouTube also remains Coachella’s exclusive livestream partner and will broadcast both weekends live for the ultimate ‘Couchella’ experience.

Coachella has experienced a notable decline in ticket sales over the past few years, struggling to sell out both weekends for the first time in over a decade. Frank Ocean’s divisive performance and subsequent cancellation of his second weekend set led to a lack of faith in the announced lineup. That combined with rising ticket prices and stiff competition from other festivals has left Coachella with plenty of general admission passes available right up until the performance.
