Death Kings Will Play Umphrey’s McGee After Parties This Winter
Punk/metal trio Death Kings will hit the road for a series of Umphrey’s McGee after parties. The project, which was “formed during a worldwide pandemic to pay homage to all things heavy,” consists of Aqueous guitarist Mike Muerto, Umphrey’s McGee bassist Ryan Stasik and former Turkuaz drummer Mikey Carubba. Their late-night sets include stops at Buffalo, NY’s Buffalo Iron Works at Buffalo Iron Works (1/19), Syracuse, NY’s Westcott Theater (1/21), Albany, NY’s (1/22) and Allston, MA’s Brighton Music Hall (2/11. Stasik recently spoke about the genesis of the new trio in Relix.
