Dynamite Songs adds over 200 hit pop songs to its fast-growing repertoire with the acquisition of the catalog of producer and songwriter Keith Harris.

Dynamite Songs, the newly launched specialist music publisher dedicated to acquiring and managing smaller catalogs with culturally significant music copyrights, has acquired the catalog of songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Keith Harris.

The deal covers the publishing rights to over 200 songs written by Harris, including performance royalties from the writer’s share on certain songs and Performance Rights Organization (PRO) income on the others. The catalog spans over 20 years, during which time Harris worked closely with artists like The Black-Eyed Peas, Estelle, Madonna, Usher, Robin Thicke, and Chrisette Michele.

A Grammy-winning producer and songwriter, Harris is best known for his long-standing partnership with Will.i.am and his work on the Black-Eyed Peas’ international hits “Meet Me Halfway,” “Imma Be,” and “It’s My Birthday.” The catalog also includes the Grammy-winning hit “American Boy” by Estelle, “Feel Good” by Robin Thicke, “Can’t Stop Won’t Stop” by Usher, “Gang Bang” by Madonna, and “Be Okay” and “Let’s Rock” by Chrisette Michele.

This is the latest in Dynamite’s recent flurry of catalog acquisitions. Having officially launched earlier this year, Dynamite has already completed a series of acquisitions across a broad mix of genres and eras, including rights to music by the likes of Ed Sheeran, Kendrick Lamar, Papa Roach, ATB, and Dan + Shay.

Dynamite’s focus is on acquiring and managing a select number of high-quality, culturally significant music copyrights, particularly marquee songs from smaller, mature catalogs. The Harris catalog aligns well with this approach, offering a blend of widely known tracks with proven cultural and commercial appeal. With secured funding in place and decades of experience under their belts, the Dynamite team is continuing to explore acquisitions in line with their specialized strategy.

A standout inclusion is the pair of hits from the Black-Eyed Peas’ multi-platinum 2009 album, The E.N.D., released at the height of the group’s global success. “Meet Me Halfway” reached the Billboard Hot 100 Top 10, topped international charts and has surpassed a billion streams. “Imma Be” became the album’s third U.S. #1 single. Together, these tracks exemplify the kind of culturally resonant, commercially proven works Dynamite selectively acquires—songs with enduring appeal across streaming, sync, and live formats.

“Keith Harris’ catalog reflects everything we look for at Dynamite: compositions with proven performance and continued relevance across formats and markets. These are songs that have consistently connected with broad audiences over time. Keith’s contribution to the sound of the past two decades is indelible, and we’re pleased to be supporting the next chapter of his catalog’s long and promising life,” shared Alan Wallis, CEO of Dynamite Songs.

The Harris catalog will join Dynamite’s broader portfolio of around 1,000 works, which the team continues to actively manage through diligent administration, sync placements, and strategic promotion. Their efforts help ensure that both these works and their writers continue to resonate with new generations.
