Eggy Joins moe. for Floyd Tunes

moe. has been on the road with Eggy for a number of gigs this month. Tonight’s show at Rock The Ruins in Indianapolis, IN marks the conclusion of the run. There have been multiple collaborative moments during these dates, which continued on Friday at Cain Park in Cleveland Heights, OH.

The penultimate performance of this tour found moe. inviting the opening act to the stage once again. At the close of moe.’s first set, Eggy appeared for a couple of Pink Floyd covers: “Time” and “Breathe.” Eggy guitarist Jake Brownstein also contributed vocals to these songs, continuing a memorable run for the musician, who entered the “I wanna be in moe. Contest” back in 2012.

It is quite possible that the musicians will join forces once again tonight in Indy. What we can confirm, is that the show coincides with the birthday of moe. bass player Rob Derhak.
