High Resolution Audio (HRA), which has a sample rate of 96 or 192 kilohertz and bit depth of 24 bits, is considered better than CD audio. HRA has a higher dynamic range and lower noise floor than CDs. Additionally, some regard to MQA (Master Quality Authentication) as better than CD, though it is a more debatable claim since it uses lossy compression.
