Guster Plot 25th Anniversary Shows to Celebrate ‘Lost & Gone Forever’
To mark the 25th anniversary of their third studio album, Lost and Gone Forever, Guster has announced three special full-album shows slated for later this year, commencing with a one-night stand at the esteemed Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, Colo., on August 1, with the Colorado Symphony.
Their celebration will continue with a stand at Guster’s own On The Ocean event at Thompson’s Point in Portland, Maine, on August 11. The final Lost and Gone Forever anniversary show will arrive on September 27, with the alt-rock ensemble closing out its celebration at the legacy venue, the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tenn.
Lost and Gone Forever was released in 1999 and represented the Boston-formed band’s initial commercial success, with the LP charting the 169th position on The Bilboard Top 200, following the release and single “Fa Fa” hitting No. 26 on the Adult Top 40 in 2000.
Tickets will be available soon. For more information, visit the band’s official website.
