Jason Isbell has announced a new batch of solo tour dates for the coming year. From January to June, the Americana giant will deliver 15 performances at high-profile stages across the country, where he’ll assume the spotlight without backing from his tried and true 400 Unit band. Isbell’s 2026 series continues the live celebration for Foxes in the Snow, his acclaimed first solo acoustic record, released via his own Southeastern Records imprint in March.
Jason Isbell will stride into 2026 with a four-night sprint through the Southeast, performing in Durham, N.C., Manassas, Va., Charlotte, N.C. and Athens, Ga. from Jan. 14-17. After his first month-long interruption, he’ll touch down in New York for a previously announced solo show at Radio City Music Hall on Feb. 20, followed by a full-band performance on Feb. 21.
Isbell’s spring dates will begin with a March 25 stand in Bowling Green, Ky., setting off a run through Little Rock, Ark., Memphis, Tenn. and Indianapolis from March 26-28. The storied singer-songwriter will take on the Lone Star State from May 21-23, plotting engagements in Dallas, Austin, Texas and finally San Antonio, Texas. For the last leg of his independent outing, Isbell will return to the Southeast and work through a booking in Richmond, Ky. on July 16, wo nights in Knoxville, Tenn. on July 17 and 18 and a finale in Brevard, N.C. on July 19.
Foxes in the Snow was recorded at New York’s iconic Electric Lady Studio in October 2024. In a five-day sprint through those hallowed halls, Isbell set each track to tape with an all-mahogany 1940 Martin 0-17 acoustic guitar, capturing new heights of achievement as a songwriter, vocalist and instrumentalist with no frills or distractions. The recording is warm, full and unwaveringly heartfelt, resounding as a candid reflection of Isbell’s spirit.
Tickets for Isbell’s 2026 solo tour will become available for pre-sale this Wednesday, Sept. 23, at 10 a.m. local with code CRIMSONANDCLAY. General on-sale begins Friday at 10 a.m. local. Find more information at jasonisbell.com.
