Joe Russo’s Almost Dead Plot Colorado Gigs at Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater and Red Rocks

Joe Russo’s Almost Dead have added a pair of early summer concerts, slated to take place in Colorado. The ensemble, known for performing beloved material from the Grateful Dead’s archive, will participate in two new appearances, slated for May 31 at Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater in Vail, Colo., and June 1 at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colo.

The new gigs come after a short stretch of winter shows, including three nights at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, N.Y., on Jan. 12 through 14, 2024. Then, the ensemble will step away from the stage, resuming touring commitments with a one night stand at The Fillmore in Charlotte, N.C., on Feb. 8.

Next, JRAD will take the talents to The Eastern in Atlanta, for two shows, on Feb. 9 and 10, respectively. In time, the group will arrive at the Texas Eclipse Festival, in Burnet, Texas, on April 8. From there, they will take time away from this project, before the new Colorado tour dates arrive in late May and early June.

A band pre-sale will begin on Wednesday, Dec. 13 at noon ET, 10 a.m. local. Check the band’s Instagram account for the password to access.

General on-sale will follow, Friday, Dec. 15 at noon ET, 10 a.m. local. Visit joerussosalmostdead.com for more information.
