Kisschasy are back with their first new music in 16 long years! The noughties alt-rock hitmakers have shared a brand new single dubbed ‘Lie To Me’ as they gear up for a national headline tour next month.

‘Lie To Me’ is a rapid-fire blast of nostalgia and energy that clocks in at under three minutes. The track delivers the band’s signature blend of loud guitars, pounding drums, and sharp lyrics (delivered with Aussie-accented charm), all wrapped in a modern production sheen. It’s a punchy, no-frills return that feels both fresh and familiar.

“‘Lie To Me’ is finally out in the world,” the band posted in a statement on social media. “It’s a strange, kinda tingly feeling. Hopefully you enjoy listening to it as much as we enjoyed making it – we did it for you and we did it for us. Listen loud and then listen again. We’d love to hear what you think.”

While kicking off this new era, Kisschasy are also getting ready to celebrate an older one.

The band’s Hymns For The New Believers national tour kicks off next Friday, 6th June in Perth, hitting six huge dates across the country.

The run will see Kisschasy perform their ARIA Top 5, gold-certified album Hymns For The Nonbeliever in its entirety (yep, that includes hit singles ‘Opinions Won’t Keep You Warm at Night’ and ‘Spray on Pants’) also celebrating the LP’s first-ever vinyl pressing—18 years after its 2007 release.

Joining the band on tour will be Perth’s Sly Withers and Melbourne’s Suzi.
