AXS

AXS has hired First & Goal vet Sarah Vetting as stadiums and arenas GM, with Annie Flook, previously part of Propeller and Warner Music, joining as artist relations VP.

Amuse

Former Acer exec Steeve Führ has been named CFO of Stockholm-based distributor Amuse.

iHeartMedia

Longtime Amazon business-development higher-up Lisa Coffey is now iHeart’s chief business officer.

A2IM

The American Association of Independent Music has announced a pair of promotions and a hire. On the latter front, former Brooklyn Basement creative director Grey Gordon has come aboard as communications and digital marketing manager.

Meanwhile, Chirag Patel (who’s been with the company for four years) and Emmaline McCourt (about two years) have been elevated to senior membership director and membership director, respectively.

Warner Chappell Nashville

Former Big Loud COO Austen Adams will begin as president of WCM’s Nashville unit on September 15th.

UTA

London-based Emily Thorpe-Jones, formerly with Various Artists Management, has joined United Talent Agency’s music division “to head up the Corporate and Private Events function.”

IMN

International Music Network founder Scott Southard has announced a “transition of ownership” to longtime agents Jeanna Disney and Alycia Mack effective January 1st, 2026.

With Disney and Mack handling agency-business leadership thereafter, Southard will continue to manage clients including Brad Mehldau.

Atomic Music Group

Atomic has established a performing arts division, which David Garr will lead as director.

Storefront Music

Storefront has added Matt Nelson as MD.

Nebula17

Naoki Osada-founded Nebula17 has brought on former RCA A&R exec Rob Inadomi as a founding partner as well as president of label and A&R.

Leadership Music

Spielberg Entertainment’s Neal Spielberg has been elected president of Leadership Music’s board for 2025-2026.

Recording Academy

Ross Golan has become co-chair of the Recording Academy’s Songwriters and Composers Wing.

Additionally, business development and partnerships director Amy Cohen has announced that she’s stepping away from the Academy.

Big Loud

Big Loud Records has confirmed several hires and promotions. 10-year team member Brianne Deslippe has been boosted to marketing SVP, three-year company vet Amy Beard is officially marketing VP, and Morgan Sweat (11 years) has been upped to creative services VP.

Signing on with Big Loud are longtime Warner Music PR exec Corey Brewer (VP of media and PR), fellow WMG vet Jen Danielson (VP of streaming), and EMI senior marketing manager Alex Henderson (VP of global marketing).

Capitol Music Group

Capitol has promoted Jessica Eason (who joined in 2018) to marketing SVP and bumped Dante Smith (2020) to SVP and head of digital for Motown.

Country Music Association

The CMA has revealed multiple promotions and hires of its own, adding Jenny Methling (who’d been in a temporary role) as strategic partnerships senior director, Luke Johnson as staff accountant, Fox Nose vet Zarah Goldberg as video content creator, and former SESAC higher-up Liliana Manyara as international industry relations coordinator.

On the promotions side, Emily Evans has been named SVP of business strategy and operations, while Devin Ford is now senior manager of social media.
