LISTEN: Mike Shinoda’s Fiercely Unique New EP ‘ZIGGURATS’

The release has been made available as a generative NFT mixtape.

Mike Shinoda has just released a new EP and it’s unlike anything you’ve probably seen before.

It’s called ‘ZIGGURATS’ and is a six-minute collection of four tracks blended together mixtape style. Full of electronically vibrant beats and uplifting atmospheres alongside some wonderful bars and deliveries from Mike, it is a musical treat in the highest sense.

What makes it unique is how it has been released a generative NFT, via 5000 unique pieces of artwork designed by Mike himself. All have sold out but you can check out the gallery right HERE

Here is a little explanation of the name and how it links to the project:

“In ancient Mesopotamia, the Ziggurat was a tall, layered, structure. It was believed that the Gods lived in the temple at the top. Great care, effort, and creativity went into the creation of its complex structure. Likewise, this project is built upon layers of effort and devotion, some elements many years in the making.”
