The band are the latest singing to the recently revived Slam Dunk Records, and are here to soothe all of your early-00’s emo aches and pains with their celebratory yet fresh take on the genre. 

The first taste of that journey is ‘Take It Slow’, a really lovely blend of twinkling guitars, honest storytelling and plenty of heart and soul. It’s primed for sweaty sing-alongs as much as personal introspection, and isn’t that all the best alternative music does?

Vocalist Joe Cabrera had this to say about it:

“‘Take It Slow’ is the brightest song we could write in the darkest days of our lives. The last 2 years have been a challenge. Not just for us in the band but for everyone, everywhere.”  He continues “We are all just navigating one foot in front of the next making our way towards the light at the end of the tunnel. That’s what Take It Slow symbolises. That journey, that progression, always in the right direction. No matter how slow. That’s something we can all relate to right now.”
