On Sept. 29, patrons at Charlotte, NC’s Thirsty Beaver Saloon rubbed elbows with rock royalty – enjoying their beverages alongside none other than Mick Jagger of The Rolling Stones.
Clearly, the rocker had some thirst to quench, as he’s currently on tour with The Rolling Stones.
Jagger and company took the stage at Charlotte’s Bank of America Stadium the following night, Sept. 30.
“Out and about last night in Charlotte, NC,” he wrote alongside a photo of him outside the iconic local bar, which many applaud for holding its footprint in the face of local developments.
“It’s pretty damn cool to have one of the biggest stars in the world stop in at your place,” bar co-owner Mark Wilson told WSOC-TV. “It’s just crazy… Any time Mick Jagger walks into an establishment it just raises the coolness.”
