On Tuesday, August 12, moe. pulled into the Interlochen Center of the Arts in Interlochen, Mich., for the latest live appearance for their ongoing summer tour with support from the next generation of jam innovators, Eggy. During the collective’s gig, they used the final slot during the concert’s first half to invite members of the Connecticut ensemble to the stage to cover the Grateful Dead’s “Cassidy.”

Before moe.’s core lineup welcomed assistance from Eggy’s Jake Brownstein (guitar, vocals), Dani Battat (keys, vocals), Mike Goodman (bass, vocals), and Alex Bailey (drums, vocals), they carved out the start of the show with 2001’s Dither feature, “Rise.” They continued to work through a patch of originals, “Down Boy” paired with “Danger Game,” and “Haze” into the night’s first cover, Blind Faith’s “Can’t Find My Way Home.”

The prior movements set up Eggy’s entry on the John Barlow-penned number, which they first added to their catalog of covers in 2015. Before Tuesday night’s joint delivery with moe., Eggy had covered “Cassidy” as recently as August 7, 2025, notably, during the Days Between. On August 5, the paired bands covered another Dead staple, this time, “Deal,” drawing on both groups’ shared influences.

moe. used the second half of the night to perform more of their originals, “Puebla” preluded a serving of “New Hope” and the Rob Derhak scribed “Ups and Downs,” before fellow contributor, Nate Wilson’s own “In Stride.” Before turning in their encore, the group paired “Faker” with “Moth” and picked up a cover of Blue Öyster Cult’s “Godzilla” as the final feature of the night.

After Tuesday’s gig, the tour paused for an evening and will ultimately resume tonight, Thursday, August 14, in Fort Wayne, Ind. ind tickets and more information at moe.org/tour
