Monster Mega-Tours Set Sail: Iron Maiden, Foo Fighters, 5 Seconds of Summer, More Rush Dates

2026 is shaping up to be a year of monster mega-tours with Iron Maiden, Foo Fighters, Rush, and 5 Seconds of Summer setting sail.

If you thought next year might not be a good one for tours, think again. Numerous major acts have announced outings starting next spring and summer, including Iron Maiden, Foo Fighters, 5 Seconds of Summer, and another leg of Rush’s anniversary tour.

Iron Maiden

Iron Maiden’s Run For Your Lives World Tour celebrates the band’s 50th anniversary, heading to stadiums and major amphitheaters across the U.S. and Canada. The band will also headline America’s biggest rock festival, Louder Than Life, at the Highland Festival Grounds in Kentucky on September 17, 2026.

The tour marks 45 years since Iron Maiden first visited Canada and the United States on the 1981 Killer World Tour. The outing kicks off in August next year, with an exclusive fan club presale beginning on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. The general sale starts on Friday, October 31.

Foo Fighters

Foo Fighters have also confirmed their first stadium tour since the massive 2023-2024 Everything or Nothing At All run that sold out football and baseball fields worldwide. Kicking off on August 4 at Rogers Stadium in Toronto, the new tour will see Foo Fighters bringing the noise to 12 North American cities next year, concluding on September 26 at Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium.

Queens of the Stone Age will offer direct support to Foo Fighters on all dates except September 12 in Fargo. General onsale for all shows kicks off Friday, October 31, at 10 AM local time.

Rush

Meanwhile, Rush’s highly anticipated Fifty Something headline tour has added second dates in all 17 cities of the tour’s second leg due to incredible demand. The band also confirmed a second Mexico City show on June 20.

The tour, in celebration of Rush’s music, legacy, and the life of late drummer and lyricist Neil Peart, has added a second date in most cities, including Philadelphia, Boston, Montreal, Washington, D.C., Atlanta, Edmonton, Seattle, Vancouver, and more.

Fans will be able to participate in the artist presale for the newly added shows by signing up by Thursday, October 23, at 11:59 ET. No code is needed; access is tied to your Ticketmaster account. The presale begins on Monday, October 27, at 12 PM local time for the U.S. and Canada, and Thursday, October 30, at 11 AM local time for Mexico.

5 Seconds of Summer

Finally, Australian alt-rock band 5 Seconds of Summer (5SOS) has announced their Everyone’s a Star World Tour, kicking off in March with a European and UK leg through May. A U.S. leg will run from May to August, including shows at New York City’s Madison Square Garden and Los Angeles’ Kia Forum. The tour will conclude in the band’s home country of Australia next fall.

General onsale begins on Friday, October 31, at 10 AM local time. The tour will also offer a variety of different VIP packages and experiences for fans looking to take their concert experience to the next level.

Alongside the announcement of their tour, 5SOS also announced the release of their new single, “Telephone Busy,” off their forthcoming album, Everyone’s a Star!, out November 14. The track follows their most recent release, “Boyband,” which served as a playful nod to the label that’s followed them throughout their career.
