Jewish rock icons, Moshav – Yehuda Soloman and Duvid Swirsky – have announced they will perform at New York’s Brooklyn Bowl on June 27. The duo will be joined by fellow musical groups, Soulfarm and Distant Cousins for the one-night affair.
Soul Farm, consisting of C Lanzbom and Noah Solomon, will pop up at the Summertime Concert to perform original tracks. Additionally, the members of the newly formed folk-rock outfit, Distant Cousins–Moshav member Swirsky, alongside Dov Rosenblatt of Blue Fringe and producer Ami Kozak–will also play a set that captures their signature sound at the forthcoming event.
Moshav has garnered international acclaim as an American/Israeli rock outfit, turning out one-of-a-kind tunes since forming in the mid-’90s. Their music catalog is derived from alt-rock, folk, funk and reggae archetypes, drawing on themes of Judaism, which inform their listeners with a unique genre-blending exploration of cultural grooves.
Tickets for the three-part show are on sale now and can be purchased here.
