Mushroom Music & Peermusic Unveil Sub-Publishing Partnership

Mushroom Music has announced a new sub-publishing partnership with peermusic.

Peermusic will now represent the Mushroom Music Publishing catalogue across the US, Canada, and Latin America (excluding Brazil).

“This partnership marks an exciting new chapter for Mushroom Music in the Americas, connecting the company’s world-class Australian and New Zealand songwriters and catalogues with peermusic’s longstanding reputation for championing independent music,” reads a press release.

Peermusic will now work with Mushroom Music’s diverse catalogue featuring works by the likes of Kylie Minogue, Tobiahs, Amy Shark, Budjerah, Emily Wurramara, Bliss n Eso, Mia Wray, Hunters & Collectors, The Angels, Gordi, Middle Kids, Dan Sultan, Skyhooks, Yothu Yindi, and Archie Roach.

Under the newly announced agreement, peermusic will handle Mushroom’s contemporary and legacy catalogue across copyright registration, royalty collection, sync, and creative opportunities, further strengthening Mushroom’s international reach and exposure for its writers.
