Music contract platform Songpact is launching in India next week.

On Monday, November 10th, Songpact will launch in the country with a simple mission, according to a press release: “to make professional music contracts fast, fair, and accessible for every creator — not just the top 1%.”

Launched at the beginning of 2025 by leading entertainment lawyers across the UK, Australia, and India, Songpact is a next-generation platform built for the modern, global music business.

Songpact combines intuitive technology with carefully crafted agreements, streamlining the entire contracting process — from proposal to negotiation, to e-signature and storage.

The platform is launching at an opportune time, with India’s music industry enjoying its global moment. The country is now one of the world’s fastest-growing music markets, with over 185 million streamers and double-digit annual growth.
