Orthodox Premiere New Single & Music Video “Keep Your Blessings” From Upcoming New Album “A Door Left Open”
Orthodox have just unleashed their latest single, “Keep Your Blessings,” streaming via YouTube and Spotify for you now below. Accompanying the release is a visually intense music video directed by Errick Easterday (known for work with Gates To Hell and Undeath).
Notably, drummer Mike White took an active role in shaping the video, and shared the following thoughts on its creation:
“‘Keep Your Blessings‘ has been one of my favorites since beginning the demo process for ‘A Door Left Open’. The song has a lot of interesting elements that really complement the video itself. The video grew from an early cover art concept: a car full of photos and things stolen from homes. This quickly evolved into a full story of a man who has lost the ability to do what he loves most due to old age. Errick Easterday was thankfully super interested in the concept and it evolved from there.”
With their upcoming album “A Door Left Open” set to arrive on June 6th, Orthodox will be embarking on a headlining tour a few weeks later to support the release. In the meantime, they’ve lined up a couple of performances ahead of that full trek. Here’s what’s currently on their live schedule:
