Phish Announce 2025 New Year’s Eve Series at Madison Square Garden

Phish have formally announced plans to carry on their beloved year-end tradition with a New Year’s Eve Celebration at New York’s iconic Madison Square Garden. This year’s series, staging from Dec. 28-31, will bring the band’s total count of MSG performances to 91, following a triumphant return in 2024 that celebrated 30 years since their 1994 debut at The Garden. Phish’s forthcoming staging will mark 18 New Year’s stands at the world’s most famous arena.

A ticket request period for Phish’s NYE run is currently underway at tickets.phish.com and will close next Monday, Sept. 22, at 12:00 p.m. ET. General on-sale will follow on Friday, Sept. 26 at 12:00 p.m. ET. Travel packages, which bundle hotel stays and tickets to the shows, will go on sale tomorrow, Sept. 17, at 12:00 p.m. ET at phishnye.100xhospitality.com.

Before returning to The Garden, Phish will continue through an eight-show late-summer run through the Southeast, which the band kicked off over the weekend with shows at Lexington, Ky.’s Bourbon & Beyond Festival and Birmingham, Ala.’s Coca Cola Amphitheater. The Vermont quartet will perform again tonight, Sept. 16, with the first of two shows at Alpharetta, Ga.’s Ameris Bank Amphitheatre, preceding a three-night return to Hampton, Va.’s Hampton Coliseum from Sept. 19-21. Trey Anastasio will return to the road in November for a nine-stop tour with the Trey Anastasio Band. From Nov. 28-30, he’ll return to New York’s Beacon Theatre to celebrate the fifth anniversary of his unforgettable Beacon Jams with a special three-night run. In keeping with the collaborative and experimental spirit of the peak pandemic livestream series, the artist will perform in a variety of formations, including TAB and the return of The Rescue Squad Strings.
