The Clucker-Truss elastic trussing band is designed to secure the legs and wings of poultry firmly to the body, facilitating the rotisserie process. The Clucker-Truss can also be used to hold together roasts, rib racks, pre-sliced ham, pinwheels, bacon wrapped filets, vegetable bundles, and other specialty products. The 6″ bands can stretch to fit up to a 7-pound roasting chicken. Use multiple strings to secure your roast before searing and roasting or cooking in your multi-cooker.
