National music export initiative Sounds Australia is gearing up for Amsterdam Dance Event 2025, a two-day event of radio broadcasts, mixers, and industry networking designed to connect Australia and the wider Asia-Pacific with the global electronic music industry.

Taking place at Box Sociaal, Jordaan on Wednesday 22nd and Thursday 23rd October, Australia House will once again serve as a unique hub for international exchange and collaboration. It will welcome artists, managers, agents, promoters, venue owners, media, and content creators from over 40 countries for networking events, supported by the Australian Embassy, The Netherlands.

“Australian dance music isn’t just having a moment, it’s driving a global movement,” says Esti Zilber, Executive Producer and Head of Sounds Australia.

“ADE is the gateway for international industry to connect with the artists and innovators shaping Australia’s electronic sound. At ADE 2025, Sounds Australia House proudly brings them all together – under one roof, with world-class talent and world-class coffee.”

Wednesday will see FBi Radio and MSG4000 team up with Bangkok Community Radio for a special edition broadcast, featuring DJ PGZ, Juno Mamba, and Takky. Recorded in Amsterdam and syndicated across all three stations, the broadcast will present music spanning distinct scenes and communities across the Asia-Pacific.

Running alongside the broadcast, Sounds Australia will host a mixer in partnership with Exchange Asia and Ticket Fairy, dedicated to strengthening collaboration across the APAC region, supported by the ASEAN-Australia Centre.

Thursday will see an extended mixer anchored by a Darker Than Wax FM session with Marco Weibel, recorded exclusively for The Lot Radio. The gathering will unite artists, tastemakers and international industry leaders.

Meanwhile, Katie Knight will record an ADE special of interviews for her Can You Put Me On Guestlist podcast.

This initiative marks a significant step in Sounds Australia’s global engagement strategy, reinforcing its commitment to amplifying Australian artistry on the international stage through strategic, community-driven collaborations.
