STS9, the instrumental pioneers known for two decades of electronic vibrancy, have unveiled their plans to put on a three-night run in celebration of New Year’s Eve. According to the band’s holiday intent, they will perform at the 1,300-seat Ramova Theater in Chicago from December 29 through 31.

The group’s long-standing tradition of marking the last days of the year and ushering in the next 365-day cycle on stage will come after monthly stints leading to the December dates. In preparation for New Year’s Eve, STS9 will take part in a three-night Midwest concert series, beginning on August 15 at the Atomic in St. Louis, followed by a Colorado jaunt over Labor Day weekend.

The following month, the group will play at the storied Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, N.Y., on September 19, before locking in a pair of dates on October 3 and 4 at The Refinery in Charleston, S.C. Continuing with their already announced schedule, the ensemble will put on two nights of music at The Bellwether in Los Angeles, November 21 and 22, which serve as the final dates before the NYE run.

Tickets for all aforementioned live shows are on sale now. For more information, visit sts9.com
