The Grammy Award-winning ensemble, guided by husband-and-wife tag team Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks, Tedeschi Trucks Band, has announced the Friday, March 20 arrival of their sixth studio LP, Future Soul. The imminent release via Fantasy Records will come midway through the ensemble’s highly anticipated residency at the Beacon Theatre in New York City. As a preview, the band has shared the single “I Got You.”

“‘I Got You’ is a breath of fresh air and pretty different for us,” notes Trucks. “It feels like the band, but it doesn’t feel like anything we’ve done before.”

Future Soul was produced by Mike Elizondo (Twenty One Pilots, Eminem, Dr. Dre, Carrie Underwood) and co-produced by one half of the band’s namesake, Derek Trucks. The 11-track collection was recorded at the couple’s own Swamp Raga Recording in Jacksonville, Fla., and at Phantom Studios in Gallatin, Tenn.

The set of new music represents a candid and sincere full-band collaboration that draws on written contributions from Trucks, Tedeschi, Mike Mattison, Gabe Dixon, and Tyler Greenwell. Sonically, the album spans a variety of influences, including the title-alluded-to funk, rock-and-roll tendencies, and blues, soul, and punk elements.

To back the record, the band has also tacked on a slew of new live appearances, titled after the impending release of Future Soul. The 35-date headlining outing begins on April 14 in Dallas, and includes ensuing Southern stops during the spring leg. During the summer months, TTB will perform two nights at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colo., July 31-Aug. 1, with support from Lukas Nelson.

August will see the band’s live schedule continue, with a spread of West Coast and Midwest appearances filling their time. The following month, the band will spend time on stages across the Northeast before an October drift into the Southern states, with a heavy emphasis on Florida.

Afterwards, TTB will make their way to Milwaukee for one night on the Landmark Credit Union Live stage. The aforementioned live show comes before the group’s four-night residency at The Windy City’s Chicago Theatre, Oct. 23, 24, 26, and 27.

TTB Swamp Family Fan Club presales for the Future Soul 2026 Tour will be available starting Tuesday, January 27, at 10 am local time. For more information, visit www.tedeschitrucksband.com.
