The String Cheese Incident, in partnership with Pilgrimage of Sound and Dayglo Presents, has announced The Moroccan Incident, a one-of-a-kind destination concert event that will bring the Colorado band and their loyal brigade of followers to Marrakech, Morocco, from September 24-26, 2026.

The imminent international gathering represents more than just a series of live performances; it also offers an immersive experience of musical performances, excursions, and cultural exploration. According to the preliminary schedule, the host band has signed on to perform three full performances.

For those interested in adding more to the destination event, optional add-on day excursions can be arranged, as well as multi-day tours of Morocco. Attendees can take part in a hot-air balloon ride over the Agafay Desert as the sun rises over the dunes, escape to the stunning Ouzoud Waterfalls, and travel by camel or 4X4 through the African landscape.

According to the official press release, “This three-day intimate gathering is designed for exploration where the music becomes a meeting point. Each individual experience is shaped by you, not for you. This intimate gathering is guided by choice, curiosity, and a willingness to give in to wonder, with more space to roam, more room for chance encounters, and deeper trust in the magic that emerges when you dare to explore. This is not a return to what was; it’s a call to adventure.”

Tickets will be available for purchase this Friday, January 23, at 10 a.m. MT at http://www.themoroccanincident.com.
