The String Cheese Incident Unveil Second-Annual Campout in the Pines with Leftover Salmon, Lettuce, Eggy and Dogs in a Pile

The String Cheese Incident have announced the return of their Campout in the Pines. Staging at Eau Claire, Wis.’s The Pines Music Park on August 14 and 15 of next year, the three-decade progressive bluegrass ensemble’s second annual weekend retreat will enlist a team of the jam scene’s most celebrated acts from across genres and generations, with Leftover Salmon, Lettuce, Eggy and Dogs in a Pile set to join in the celebration. 

Building on an impressive inaugural staging featuring Del McCoury Band, STS9, and more, The String Cheese Incident’s next Campout in the Pines will once again welcome fans to spend two days immersed in nature and music, with four sets from the host band. Longtime jamgrass peers Leftover Salmon will support on Friday night, followed by a late-night set on the Backswoods Stage from indie-jam rising stars Eggy. On Saturday, SCI’s headline performance will be framed by an opening engagement from funk powerhouse Lettuce and after-hours entertainment from the virtuosic neo-psychedelia torchbearers in Dogs in a Pile.
