Umphrey’s McGee Adds Special Guests to New Year’s Run
Umphrey’s McGee has confirmed that a few special guests will join them during their upcoming New Year’s Eve run. On December 31, Dave Matthews Band saxophonist Jeff Coffin, who is currently on the road with his former band Bela Fleck and the Flecktones, and Mad Dog’s Filthy Secret will continue their tradition of sitting in with the Midwest jamband during their New Year’s Eve show when they appear with the group at Atlanta’s Tabernacle. Then, on January 2 and 3, Trey Anastasio Band’s Jennifer Hartswick, another close friend of the band, will join Umphrey’s McGee and Andy Frasco for their collaborative shows at Chicago’s Salt Shed on January 2 and 3.
