UK project The Hics have shared their gorgeous new single ‘Reprise’.

Taking time out to deal with a series of personal events, The Hics reintroduced themselves with recent single ‘Caught In A Lie’.

Part of an incoming – as yet untitled – EP, the single seemed to explore nu-soul and R&B themes in a direct but unexpected fashion.

‘Reprise’ continues this approach, a kind of sub-zero soul that recalls fellow UK outfit Gotts Street Park while walking its own, defiantly individual path.

Expanding their alt-R&B language, ‘Reprise’ affords The Hics space to work with a broader canvas, and the potential is riveting.
